I want to be seen as a lioness; a powerful competitor of beauty and strength on the hunt. Sinews singing to the beat of the drum, heart pounding in the confines of my chest, I pursue my prey, the golden trophy, like the black magpie ready to steal its prize. Swirling past the judges in a blur of color and dance, I want to be seen as the fast moving waters cascading over ivory stones and glistening from the magnificence of the sun. I want to blind. I want to dazzle.
